Using the latest CAD/CAM software we are able to design and manufacture sample tooling in resin or model board right through to final machining.

A written brief or sketch is usually sufficient for our design team to work from. The brief is used to generate a 3D concept drawing which can be viewed as a working drawing, photograph or by the use of a dedicated viewing program.

Once the sample tool is produced we have on site facilities to produce sample formings if required.

From an approved sample we can then produce the finished tool, the design and manufacture is all done within the same software so that the finished tool will always match the sample.

Tools and sample tools can also be cut from customers 3D models by importing them into our software.
